Transforming procurement through implementing Whole of Life (WoL) value

It’s set to be an informative conference with some superb guest speakers presenting on procurement good practice and reform. Richard will be talking about ‘Transforming procurement through implementing Whole of Life (WoL) value’ together with hosting an interactive workshop on preparing for facilities management and whole of life costing.

Each year New Zealand’s 200 government agencies spend approximately $60bn annually on social services. Right now, the procurement teams that are responsible for this spend are under increasing pressure to deliver both increased savings and value.

The GovProcure New Zealand conference is designed to address the big the challenges facing procurement divisions today as well as explore some of the new products and services that can address them.

Over 2 days, the conference will bring together 25 expert speakers from right across the New Zealand public sector, along with over 100 senior procurement managers in the audience.
