I'm Richard McKenzie-Browne MBA, MCIPS

Richard has over 25 years of strategic, commercial and procurement leadership experience, particularly in infrastructure and facilities management. Richard has led the procurement and capital programme management, operational management and commercial negotiation for more than 50 large-scale capital-intensive programmes valued at c£1.2 billion each. 35 of these programmes were PPP schemes. Richard has a wealth of experience in PFI and PPP contracts, and is able to identify key issues, provide creative solutions, and then project manage them through to getting them agreed by all parties.

Having had programme leadership responsibility for a $120 million operating division, Richard is at home in all aspects of financial and commercial management, business development, stakeholder management, and contract and claims management. Richard has international capital procurement and facilities management experience across ten countries.

 

Richard is an MBA qualified management accountant and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS). He is a PRINCE2 qualified practitioner and also Member of the Association of Project Managers. Richard is a risk management public speaker and author of various trade and journal articles.
